Looks like the word is out from Gencon. D&D 4.0 is official.

There is still some confusion as to wether or not it will be OGL. However the rumor hill says yes.
Also another rumor points out that there will be some Dwarves Gone Wild content in the new book. But that could be just a Gencon rumor.
